This antibody works really well in as capture antibody in ELISA (10 µg/mL) detecting purified soluble SorCS2. As detector antibody I have used purified anti-SorCS2 F7100 but other antibodies works e.g. mouse m9 though with lower signal and higher background as a result.

Worked fine in expressing cells, w/ very low/no background in non-expressing cells. Very specific, and sufficiently (but not extremely or overly) sensitive.
