The antibody was tested in the following dilution series: 1:200; 1:400; 1:800 and 1:1600. Stock concentration: 0.80 mg/mL
The mouse dorsal root ganglia had beed fixed for 1.5 hrs in PFA. Cryoprotected overnight in 30% sucrose and finally embeded in tissue tek. The sections were cut in 10 um sections.
The antibody bound unspecific to the DRG neurons (the DRG neurons do not express P2X7 according to the literature). The staining looked the same at all tested concentrations
