We used this antibody for IHC-labeling of human breast cancer tissue. The antibody was useful for this, however the labeling was not completely crisp. We used it for evaluating over-all scoring intensity.
The antibody was used at 1:800 ON. The tissue was PFA-fixed, embedded in paraffin, and target retrival was performed in TEG-buffer (Tris/EGTA). The secondary antibody was used at 1:200, and it was developed with DAB for 90 seconds.
