Great antibody for Western blotting, immunostainings and immunoprecipitation!
I recommend it.
We have used it for WB, IF, and IP of endogenous Ret in neuroblastoma cells and of recombinant human Ret expressed in 293 cells and MG87 cells.
It also works in all categories on endogenous Ret in mouse tissue homogenates and sections. And it detects Ret in subset of primary neurons by immunostainings.
