Antibody used in palette for intracellular staining containing;anti-human-CD170a (BV421), -CD3 (FITC), -CD4 (PerCP), -CD8 (QD605), -CD56 (PE), -TNFa (APC), -IFNy (PeCy7) for intracellular cytokine staining (ICS) of fixated/permeabilised T cells expressing a chimeric receptor and activated through antigen presentation.
Works very well for detection intracellular TNF-afla in flow cytometry. The antibody was diluted in a master mix as 1.0uL anti-TNF antibody for 20uL total volume per sample.
