This antibody works well for immunofluorescence staining in mouse (b.End3), human (hCMEC/D3) brain endothelial cell line and in primary porcine brain endothelial cells. Dilution 1:200. Fixation was done with 4% paraformaldehyde or methanol cells were permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X-100.
Antibody tested with primary porcine brain endothelial and HEK 293 cell lysis.
Both pBEC and HEK 293 produced clear nice bands at the appropriate size.
