Hippocampal neurons from p0 pups were grown for 10 days in vitro before being fixed. Following fixation, the neurons were immunostained against Synaptophysin (1:100). Although structures similar to what was expected for synaptophysin were observed, a relative high background was also seen, making this a difficult antibody to use.
