The antibody worked very well to visualize intraepidermal nerve fibers in human skin biopsies. It works well in the concentration 1:2000. The tissue was frozen and cut to 50 micrometer thick sections. The staining was performed free floating.
Note that I failed to get a positive staining using CL7755AP Anti-Human PGP 9.5 (UCHL1) (199) from the same company.
