Tested for Western blotting on 100 ug total cell lysate from HEK cells, mouse brain and pig brain. used dilution: 1/2000 (recommended).
Several bands, but Gives an intense band in mouse brain, a weak band in pig brain and HEK at expected size. In HEK, a second band closeby is also detected at ca equal intensity.
