Tested for Western blotting on 100 ug total cell lysate from HEK cells, mouse brain and pig brain. used dilution: 1/400 (recommended).
In HEK, one intense band of expected size for the long isoform (150 kDa) is detected. The same band is not there in mouse or pig brain. More bands of different sizes are also detected.
