Anti-GABA A Receptor alpha 2 antibody (ab72445)
I have used this antibody to do western blot on mouse frozen tissue. I have incubated with this antibody (1:1000) at 4 °C over night, then with secondary antibody at room temperature for 1 hour. The antibody gives nice band and almost no background.

I used this antibody in a dilution of 1:1000 for a western blot of BDNF-stimulated primary hippocampal neurons with great results. No unspecific bands were detected.

This was used for IHC and Western blot with great results. Gave a clear signal with very low background when doing IHC. When used for Western blot, an unspecific band was seen but also a clear band at the expected size.
