I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Lin et al. Journal of Neuroinflammation, 2021.
Lin et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous VMP1, by Western blotting of Ln99 cell line (human glioblastoma cell line). No bands were observed in CRISPR-Cas9 VMP1 KO1-3 cells (Figure 4C).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating because of strong and clean signal, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
