I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing You et al. Chinese Journal of Cancer Research, 2021.
You et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous ME2, malic enzyme 2, by Western blotting of T41 Human breast cancer cell line. No band was observed in 4T1 ME2 KO (figure S1B).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating because of strong and clean signal, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
