I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Vichas et al. Nature Communications, 2021
Vichas et al. validate this antibody for detection of human USP9x by Western blotting of PC9-Cas9-RIT1M90I lung cancer cell lysates. No band was observed in USP9x KO cells (figure 4E).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
