I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Zhang et al. Theranostics, 2021.
Zhang et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous MINA53 (mdig) by Western blotting of non-cancerous bronchial epithelial cell line BEAS-2B to establish mdig knockout (KO) cells through CRISPR-Cas9 gene-editing. No band was observed in MDIG-KO BEAS-2B cells (figure 1A).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating because of strong and clean signal, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
