I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Feng et al. PNAS, 2021.
Feng et al. validate this antibody for detection of human Akt2 by Western blotting of AKT1 and AKT2 proteins in a patient-derived prostate organoid line by cRNP. The blot showed no bands for Akt2-KO (figure 2B).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating because of strong and clean signal, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
