I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Vichas et al. Nature Communications, 2021
Vichas et al. validate this antibody for detection of human SHOC2 (sur-8) by Western blotting of PC9-Cas9-RIT1M90I lung cancer cell lysates. A faint residual smear was observed, suggesting minimal nonspecific binding (figure 4C).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a four-star rating because of diffuse signal, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
