I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Vichas et al. Nature Communications, 2021
Vichas et al. validate this antibody for detection of human Aurora A by Western blotting of PC9 (human pulmonary adenocarcinoma ) cell lysates. A faint band was observed in AURKA KO (figure 4d).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a four-star rating because of unclear staining, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
