I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Schimmel et al. Nature Communications, 2021
Schimmel et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse OBFC1/STN1 by Western blotting of mES (mouse embryonic stem) cell lysates. No bands were observed in two independent Stn1 knockout clones Stn1 -/- (Supplementary figure 2a).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
