I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Luo et al. Journal of Experimental & Clinical Cancer Research 2021.
Luo et al. validate this antibody for detection of zebrafish p53 by Western blotting of tp53 cKO in liver tissue from 3-month-old pten;tp53 cKO fish. There’s a faint residual band visible ( figure 4f).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a four-star rating because of the blotting pattern and missing full blot to validate the band, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
