I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Wang et al. Biomolecules 2021.
Wang et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse Dnmt3b1 by Western blotting of iBAT (interscapular brown adipose tissue) cells of 8-week-old female 3bKO and fl/fl mice.
No bands were observed in 3bKO (supplementary figure S1).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
