I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Gredic et al. European Respiratory Journal 2022.
Gredic et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse iNOS by Western blotting of iNOS protein levels in naive macrophages from wildtype (WT) and iNos LysM-Cre. No bands were observed in iNOS LysM-cre (supplementary figure 1c)
