I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Hsu et al. International Journal of Molecular Sciences 2021.
Hsu et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse Ah Receptor by Immunohistochemistry of lung tissue. No staining was observed in AHR-KO (C57BL/6−Ahrtm1.2Arte) (figure 6a).
