I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Yang et al. Arthritis Research & Therapy 2021.
Yang et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse GSDMD by immunostaining of mouse joint tissues (figure 3g-h). Furthermore Yang et al. validate this antibody by Western blotting of murine macrophages genotypes: Gsdmd +/+ and Gsdmd -/-. No staining was observed in Gsdmd -/- cells (figure 3a) and no band was observed in Gsdmd -/- (Figure s2b).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating to both Immunostaining and Western blotting, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
