I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Gotovac et al. Cmgh 2021.
Gotovac et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human Smad4 by Western blotting of SMAD4 protein expression levels in CP-B SMAD4 sgRNA clonal populations Ex1 and Ex2 compared to Cas9 only control cells. No band was observed in Ex2 or Ex1 (Figure 1a).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
