I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Zhu et al. NAR Cancer 2021.
Zhu et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human tRNA-aspartic acid methyltransferase1 (TRDMT1), known as DNA methyltransferase 2 (DNMT2) by Western blotting of 293 cells (Human Embryonic Kidney 293 (HEK-293)). No band was observed in TRDMT1 KO (Figure 1b).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
