I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Grandits et al. Leukemia 2021.
Grandits et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human MTSS1 by Western blotting of human AML (acute myeloid leukemia ) cell line TF-1, using two sgRNAs. No band was observed in either sgMTSS1_1 or sgMTSS1_2 (Figure s3b).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
