Detects purified hVNN1-6his (12.5 ng) when loaded to gel

No bands are detected in CHO lysates (negative control) – only when CHO cells are transfected with hVNN1-6his a band at 62 kDa appears

Also detects hVNN1 on HEK293-hVNN1-6his transfected cells when tested by flow cytometry

Only slightly detects purified murine VNN1 (12.5 ng)
