Does not detect purified human VNN1 (50 ng) nor mouse VNN1 (50 ng) with WB

Detects a band at 65 kDa and one at 60 kDa in HEK293 WT and CHO lysates and none of the bands increases in intensity when HEK293 and CHO cells are transfected with hVNN1-6his

I would not recommend this antibody
