I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Campbell et al. Cell Death and Differentiation 2021.
Campbell et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse Mcl-1 by Western blotting of a cell line from MMTV-PyMT;RosaCRE-ERT2;Mcl1fl/fl tumour. No band was observed in Mcl-1 deletion (Figure 4a)).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
