I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Andrade et al. Nature cell biology.
Andrade et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human PHD2/Egln1 by Western blotting of HUVECs (Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells). No band was observed in PHD2-depleted HUVECs (Figure s10a (source data 10a)).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
