I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Chen et al. MDPI 2021.
Chen et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human ERBB2 by Western blotting of ERBB2-positive SKBR3 breast cancer cells. No band was observed in NIC-ERBB2 (double-nickase CRISPR/Cas9) (Figure 1A).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
