I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Zheng. et al. Int J Biol Sci 2021.
Zheng. et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse Dkk-1 by Western blotting of smooth muscle-specific Dkk1 [Dickkopf-1] knockout mice, looking in aorta. Weak bands were observed in Dkk1SMKO (figure 1b).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a four-star rating, because of weak signal, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
