I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Poon et al. Stem Cell Reports 2021.
Poon et al. validate this antibody for detection of human p62/ SQSTM1 by Western blotting of SQSTM1 KO iPSC-derived cortical neurons. No band was observed in SQSTM1 KO (Figure 4E and 4A).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
