I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Yuan et al. Frontiers 2021
Yuan et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse Erβ by Western blotting of ovarian lysates from WT, Y55F knock-in, and an ERβ KO mouse line. No band was observed in Erβ KO, ERβ Y55 Mutant Mouse Strain (Figure 1C).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five star rating but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
