I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Pettinato et al. Cell reports 2021.
Pettinato et al. validate this antibody for detection of rat Tnl (skeletal and cardiac troponin I) by Western blotting of protein lysates from WT and TnI-DKO cardiomyocytes (double isogenic knockout of TNNI1 and TNNI3 in WTC-11 iPSCs). No band was observed in TnI-DKO rats (figure 5g).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
