I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Park. et al. Acta Neuropathologica Communications 2021.
Park. et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse GLP-1R by Western blotting of primary mouse microglia. No clear band was observed in GLP-1R KO (gGLP-1R) (figure 3c).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a four-star rating, because of missing image of full blot and a minor indication of obscurity in the blot, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
