I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Aufhauser jr. et al. Scientific reports 2021.
Aufhauser jr. et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse HDAC1 by Western blotting of nuclear extracts from primary RTEC cultures from WT B6, HDAC1-/- (H1-/-) and HDAC2-/- mice (H2-/-). No band was observed in H1-/- cells (figure 6a).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
