I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Kimura et al. Histochemistry & Cell Biology 2021.
Kimura et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse Ah Receptor (AhR) by Western blotting of mice tissues (brain, liver and lung) and immunohistochemistry of locus coeruleus (LC) of mice. No bands were observed in the western blot for either one of the mice tissues (figure 1f) nor no fluorescence in the IHC for Ahr -/- (figure 2d)
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
