I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Niu et al. Nature communications 2021.
Niu et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse Nur77 by Western blotting of LS174T cell line inoculated into mice. No bands was observed in Nur77 KO (NR4A1(-/-)) (figure 8g).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
