I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing George et al. cmgh 2021.
George et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse Spi-B by Western blotting of mouse intestinal organoid lysates. Unclear bands and smear were obtained in Spi-B KO (figure 7d).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a three-star rating because of the blotting pattern of unclear bands and smear, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
