I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Lee et al. MDPI 2021.
Lee et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse Pgrmc1 by Western blotting of DEN-injected livers of WT and Pgrmc1-null mice, furthermore in primary hepatocytes and primary non-parenchymal cells (NPC). No clear band was observed in Pgrmc1 KO for either one of them (Figure 4.a, 4.c and 4.d)
Based on the available data, we have assigned a four-star rating, because of unclear images and missing material of full blot, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
