I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Sánchez-Rivera et al. PNAS 2021.
Sánchez-Rivera et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse Bcl-xL by Western blotting of lung adenocarcinoma cell lines. No band was observed in either of the four Bcl-xL KOs lanes (figure 3a).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
