I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Tabariés et al. communications biology 2021.
Tabariés et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human claudin 2 by Western blotting of human HT-29 cells. No band was observed in Cldn2 KO (figure 1a).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
