I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Chen et al. Journal of Biomedical Science 2021
Chen et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human USP9x by Western blotting of Human cholangiocarcinoma cell lines RBE and HUCCT. No band was observed in USP9x KO for either HUCCT or RBE (Supplementary Figure F).
Based on the available data, we have assigned a four-star rating, because of missing material of full blot and a less clear band for the HUCCT cell line, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
