Used for flow cytometry (conjugated to AF488) to stain VNN1 in murine lung single cell suspension. Staining volume 100 uL, 1:50, 20 min staining RT.
Also used as detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA (conjugated to HRP) diluted 1:200
