Na+/H+ exchanger 1, extracellular loop (NHE1)

We have used this antibody to detect the extracellular domain of NHE1 in immunofluorescence. In cell culture, we observed very poor recognition of NHE1. We have tried it both for murine, canine, and human NHE1. We have used it both to detect endogeneous NHE1 and NHE1 expressed from a construct.
