Anti-TrkB (extracellular), ANT-019, Alomone labs.
Polyclonal rabbit anti-TrkB against an extracellular epitope.
The antibody was tested in a dilution series (1:300; 1:600; 1:1200) on sections of mouse dorsal root ganglia. Antibody stock concentration: 800ug/mL.
The dorsal root ganglia had been fixed for 1.5 hrs in 4% PFA. Cryoprotected overnight in 30% sucrose and finally embeded in tissue tek. The sections were cut in 10 um sections.
Unexpectedly, the antibody was located in all the neurons in the dorsal root ganglia. The antibody is not specific for TrkB in mouse dorsal root ganglia.
