Polyclonal Rabbit anti-serotonin transporter from Alomone labs (AMT-004)
Binds extracellular

The antibody does not bind in a whole cell ELISA approach; this might be due to the epitope.

The antibody produces weak bands in HEK-293 cells transiently transfected with hSERT when used for western blots, compared to other antibodies (C-20 from Santa Crus).
