Rabbit anti human Connexin 43 (Alomone, ACC-201)
The antibody was used to stain primary Satellite Glial cells from mouse dorsal root ganglions.
A dilution series was made testing the following dilutions: 1:200, 1:500 and 1:1000.
The dilution 1:200 was evaluated as the best of the tested dilutions.
